I call it 'innercise'
We know how important exercise is for our overall well-being; physically, mentally and emotionally. Self-reflection and innerwork (aka 'innercise') is just as important, if not more. Having an awareness and being tuned in to the behaviors, patterns and subconscious beliefs that are contributing to your emotional wellbeing will inevitably help you to create a life you want to wake up to every day.

My niche as a Life Coach is to help you learn how to do the innerwork; process and release emotions in a healthy way and shift your energetic vibration. Anxiety, fear, guilt, anger, resentment, shame and sadness are common "heavy weights" that so many of us are carrying around. Similar to exercise, innerwork helps move this heavy energy (which often gets stuck) through the body. This creates space and enables you to achieve mental clarity on what you truly desire; what you want lives buried underneath your fears. Finally, I teach practices that enable you to master your thoughts to maintain clarity and a positive energetic vibration.

Seeking guidance and perspective can be compared to hiring a physical therapist or personal trainer at the gym. Just like physical therapy can help a person recover from an injury, 'innercise' helps heal a person who has experienced emotional trauma. Just as a physical trainer uses exercise to help you "tone up," I help you to improve upon your emotional health, personal relationships, career, etc. Just like exercise, 'innercise' is a practice; with repetition you build the muscle of emotional clearing and mental clarity.
Learning how to master your thoughts and shift your energy to improve your quality of life is ultimate self-care and you deserve it!
